By using the Vihnity website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

All product information, prices and availability may be updated at any time. We make every effort to ensure that descriptions, images and pricing are accurate, although small variations may occur.

Some Vihnity products are made to order. Because of this, order changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Customers are responsible for checking their order details, including size, colour, quantity and delivery address, before completing checkout.

Payments must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by production times, carriers, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Returns, refunds and replacements are handled in accordance with our store policies and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

All Vihnity branding, artwork, designs, images and website content remain the property of Vihnity and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including cases involving payment issues, pricing errors, stock or production issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
