At Vihnity, many of our products are made to order, which means they may require production time before being shipped.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate, and delivery estimates may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to assist and investigate the issue with the delivery provider.
